Default Is the Chrysler Crossfire out yet?

Are they out yet? Or coming soon?

So, has anyone actually seen a Crossfire yet? I spotted one in Charleston, SC this weekend. Rather odd too, cause I never see anything till it's been out awhile. It's rather small and not quite as ugly as I expected. Sorry, no pics, had no camera with me at the time. And it looked like a tiptronic? or some such. Definenantly not a manual tranny. And it had plates from Arkansas I beleive.

Why not visit a dealer and see, Chrysler did say mid summer 2003 for its release. If a vehicle doesn't have manufacturer plates, then they are typically available.

They've been released for about a month now:

I spotted a black one on the freeway in Dallas three weeks ago.

There are several at a dealer near my house. The styling is cool-- small and compact, very aggressive from the back. The wheels look really good, no need for aftermarket rims on this car.

Gotcha, thanks. I did a search, but didn't come up with anything recent. And I'd not seen a commercial or anything for them, so I assumed they weren't out yet. So now I have to wonder why I've not seen a) more, or b) commercials? Are they that rare?

They plan to sell about 20,000 a year. Look at how long it took to see an ad from Honda with the S2000 in it and they sell that many a year in the US?
