saw them in vegas, cool, but show only, they would hold in too much heat and oh the brake dust it would be cool to see one in like a 5 spoke

Those are so cool but you'd have to take off the wheel to clean the brake dust! I like the hubless motorcycle wheels I see once in a while. Must be really hard on the clamp-bearings.

Ya all these are good for is showing off your Brembos or Wilwoods. They're crotchless underwear for sports cars.

I pretty much have to take my wheels off to get all the brake dust off anyway...

What is the clear part made of?

edit: polycarbonate...if i read the article....
