Cool. Element gets painted panels
It's really fun to push as well... even with the 4AT. You just hold gears and you rarely need more than 2nd on backroads. Downshifting on the freeway is just an over drive button away. The wifey has fallenin love with the AWD and is starting to scare me, she keeps pushing it... and pushing it...
But with this vehicle in the driveway, I am really considering grabbing a silverstone or Berlina.... hehe....

I saw a weird creamy colored looking element with the same body colored cladding.
<--- Another person that loves the Element. Not sure how I'll like the body colored panels though, looks nice in the picture of the orange one but I'll have to see it in person on the red or blue. I liked the Avalanche better with the body cladding though as well and most people consider it hideous, so maybe I'm in the minority. My thoughts being it's not a sports car, so it's not going to be "sexy" regardless and the unpainted plastic is one less high incident area of the car to worry about paint damage to.

I've seen the same color except with the dark grey plastic cladding. Which is strange in that as far as I can tell this color has never been offered in North America, maybe it will be for the 2006 models but this was maybe two months ago.

Yeah, I guess Khaki is the best way to describe it. Somehow, I think the element would look kinda cool if it was a matte khaki...hehehehe..almost like a weird looking military transport or something. I like the cladding...especially the new dark blue one.

I'm one of the few Element backers out there. It does look pretty good with the extra paint on it.

I love the Element, and the ability to get the plastic panels painted to match the body is a wonderful option.
