I would be pissed if that happened to me, thats partly why I never stop on the bike.

Video never said anything about damage to the bike (when the bike fell over), I guess the owner is SOL in this case? Pretty pathetic.

i think he should sue for damages to the bike. it was clear from the start he was not resisting. i'm surprised they even let the girl on the back get off without getting slammed to the ground.

straight up BS, i know there are cops on this board...but seriously, pulling him off the bike and tipping it over. No wonder people dont give cops respect, keep hiding and being tough cuz you have a badge on. Dont get my respect

Wasn't too extreme. Cop should have given him a few more seconds to comply with getting off the bike but, looking at the vid, not like I see him setting the bike on the sidestand. But it did look unnecessary to yank him off.

Amen, Wonder why fireman and paramedics and the ARMY were ranked more respectable in recent polls?

But you cant let a few sour apples ruin the whole of em. But with the way more and more stuff like this happens its not looking good
