Default Crazy M5 driver

So, I'm not sure how many of you were familiar with this crazy M5 driver:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZIp4...ature=youtu.be

I remember watching his videos a long time ago. For some reason, i decided to look him up again to see if he had any new content (unfortunately, i admit that i was a fan of his videos). But to my surprise (yes, i was surprised), he had died. Apparently, he was a passenger when his m5 ran into a tree.

http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/e60...s-he-died.html

The M5 board seems to be split on their opinions on this; majority saying good riddance/darwin at work/everybody is now safer, and the minority saying their condolences.

What's s2ki's stance on this? TBH, although he was a complete ass hat on the streets, i'm going to say that his videos were entertaining and i'm going to miss them.

ps. My apologies if i'm reviving the past, but, i JUST found out about this.

Also, I'd like to add that although he was wild, IMO, he still looked as if he had it under control at all times.

Surprised he didn't kill anyone prior to dying himself.

Too reckless for me.

You can say the exact same thing about someone who is good at Russian roulette, at least for the first five trigger pulls. He wasn't in control. He was circling the drain the whole time but he was just too stupid to realize it.

Should the guy be dead? No probably not. He should have lost his license and spent a little time behind bars though. It is ok to do that stuff on an empty track that you know is free of holes and debris. Doing it on a public street is idiotic not only because of traffic but because of unknown road conditions. Even the best driver is going to have some trouble if he drifts into a oil, sand, gravel spill on the street. At most tracks they wont even allow you use your AC because you might drip water on the track.

Even on a track you might get thrown out of purposely driving like that. You become a hazard for other drivers if their are other drivers on the track. I have been to some tracks where they only allow one car on at a time but they would probably tell you to stop to.

That guy is dead, ironically enough, he died in a drifting accident on public roads.

I've always found the ghost rider videos a bit crazy, wonder if the guy in this video is still alive.. I'd be surprised if "Ghost Rider
" is one person, but I suppose it's possible.

Driving like that is flashy but slow and inefficient, and doing it in populated areas is dangerous and stupid. Luckily he never hit anyone.
