Default Cruise control

Why the S2000 has a CRUISE CONTROL? I love this car, but the cruise control!

It's so when you're on a long lazy cruise at speed you can focus all your attention on the cabin noise and not worry about the gas pedal.

I only use it because I will end up going 80 mph on the highway. I can't afford another speeding ticket.

Perfect for the interstate in the wee hours of the a.m. You have to set it high enough that you don't fall asleep from boredom. 75mph seems about minimum and close enough to legal to keep you out of trouble.

Cruise control is never a bad thing imo.I drove from FL to NY and back (2600 miles) in my S and it was very useful. My cc actually stopped working when I changed the clutch master cylinder. I'm pretty sure some sensor is unplugged or something.

+1; I use mine as much as possible during my early-AM commute, except I'm at 55 not 75 and always hope to max the MPG. And it's one "luxury feature" that I suspect does not add much weight.

I have NEVER understood why people complain about features they are not forced to use.
