I think it's just an insight dropped over a s2k after they shortened the distance between the front wheels and the door.

I would have gone further and at least changed the wheels to a CRX style!

Expect 50 MPG, 300 HP, 160 MPH (170 if you use the wheelwell covers in back)

It looks the an S2000 front with a penultimate-generation Prelude rear.

That doesn't mean I don't like, I do.

I have to agree with you on this one. I must say that the photoshop job was done extremely well though.
