I do not understand why many folks feel the need to stay on the road and block traffic after a minor fender bender.

j/k, but my wife and I always joke about how they all (my parents and brothers included) think that their cars are immune to anything...weather, laws, common courtesy, etc.

What's that German term... Schadenfreude ?
If those dips had spent half as much effort warning people as they did filming, they could have helped save about 10 people from their worst day of the year and well over $10k of repairs that just get put on everyone else's insurance tab. And here's an idea for the TDOT warning truck, how 'bout parking *BEFORE* the damned icy bridge?!?!?!
