I do not understand why many folks feel the need to stay on the road and block traffic after a minor fender bender.
I'm with you. All of the dumb ass's around here that climb out of their cars in the middle of the interstate after a fender bender drive me nuts... Not to mention they are making traffic that much worse because they are too stupid to pull it over to the side...

:sigh: bmw drivers...

j/k, but my wife and I always joke about how they all (my parents and brothers included) think that their cars are immune to anything...weather, laws, common courtesy, etc.

What's that German term... Schadenfreude ?

If those dips had spent half as much effort warning people as they did filming, they could have helped save about 10 people from their worst day of the year and well over $10k of repairs that just get put on everyone else's insurance tab. And here's an idea for the TDOT warning truck, how 'bout parking *BEFORE* the damned icy bridge?!?!?!
