People in Puerto Rico do that shit too... one time I was running this guy in a VR6 when I had my Celica GT-S and we were right next to each other while I was pulling.. well instead of letting off when I SCHOOL BUS was in front of him (This was a four lane freeway... aka two lanes each way) he goes IN BETWEEN ME AND THE SCHOOL BUS.. probably only like 3-4inches between his mirror and mine and shit.... NUTS..
