"Get the vehicle history report"

Thats rich... I can only guess-

Rich nerd with too much money decides so what if have no hair on top, a fat ass, and bad breath- I will buy an Enzo and all the hot blonde girls at the gym will want me....

So he buys it, and watches all the hot blondes come out of the gym and getinto their boyfriends S2k, and then crashes it in his angry self loathing.

Someone forgot to tell him it's an Enzo not an Indo

You are bidding on the right for me to broker this vehicle to you.
So if you win the ebay auction, you pay this guy $250,000+ just so he can go and broker the Enzo for you. I take it then you must pay the actual owner a whole bundle of money to buy the wreck. And then after that, you must get the wreck fixed to a drivable condition.

Scam?

At any rate, the description is rather ambiguous:
"You are bidding on the super rare impossible to find 2003 Ferrari Enzo..."

"You are bidding on the right for me to broker this vehicle to you."

So what is it exactly? I can't afford an Enzo (without a 30 year loan) regardless, so I'm not going to bother clarifying with him.

It's mine, I'm going to bid on it. I'd just tow it around town instead of driving it.

But seriously, I don't care if it's an Enzo, in that shape, I wouldn't pay a fraction of the asking price. Fixing it would be murderously expensive. Every part would be throat-cutting expensive.
