Well, it's not F1, but Speed could broadcast BTCC, NATC, DTM and other road racing series.

Anyone who thinks F1 is dead has not been watching F1 for at least 15 years. It is far from dead. This is all posturing.

Let us take the element of sport out of the equation, shall we. This is what is called classic backroom bargaining and bluster. It goes on in all corners of the world, from governments to drug dealers, to street gangs, to CEOs, and yes...even the PTA.

F1 is not dead. People need to think before they type.
Do you really believe this is just negotiation tactics? I don't. I believe the teams have multiple deep seeded issues that would be best served by moving away from the current series. The FOTA series would no doubt be much more favorable towards the interests of the teams when it comes to governance and rules stability. I don't see that the FIA will give in to the all the major demands of the teams, especially since removal of the FIA president is high on the wish list. I think there is at least a 50/50 chance that this could be the end of F1, with next year seeing the debut of a yet-to-be-named new series.

Uh, just because you don't get to watch it doesn't mean one doesn't exist. It's called the JGTC or Super GT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_GT

I don't get to watch it either, or do I get to watch F1. No cable!

NOW F1 is dead. For a while it looked as if it were alive but they kissed and made up and now F1 is dead.

What about that MS as the Stig thread when you called everyone "****ing morons"? It turns out by all accounts MS was just there to drive the FXX and is NOT the stig.
