I can't believe someone actually bidded on it. There's a suker born every minute tho. Oh, and I am supprised no one has said they copied the S2K's start button. (Don't get me wrong, I know they nor no one else did)

 

People who buy off eBay are pretty dumb in some cases. eBay is THE market for giving away money for things of no value. I have no doubt the guy gets his money. Ride was probably bought by the guy who got rich selling electric superchargers

 

I saw this once on Ebay (and may try it myself), it said: XBOX BOX, meaning just the box, not the system, and it had a picture of the box, so people were thinking they were buying an Xbox, but it was really just the box, and since it said it in the title, it was legitimate, ahh, the times we live in...

 

Actually, the guy is donating the proceeds to charity -- some hospital or something. He's done it before. But for that price, I think you should get to drive it.

That's the example of crazy ebay ads I always think of too! Definitely tempting to legitimately make money off of suckers on ebay, but escaping a guilty conscience would be another issue.

That's way too much for a ride in a F50 unless some speed laws were broken. I expect they will be no matter what the ebay ad says. However, I really like the idea of this.
