yea so yesterday i got a freaking ticket on my bike for improper passing!!
i didnt know that manuevering between traffic up to the light was illegal!

i got a break for not having an indorsment...but god danm it!!

i dont understand...... i always see others bikers do the exact same thing.. even in front of other cops and they never get pulled over.... but ofcourse they dont have my luck...

w.e the cop just lucky he decided to stop me at the light before i hopped on the highway... i spared him some embarrasment...

 

Thats a big no no in FL. honestly how could you think that is legal? its very unsafe. I have had a few friends go down from doing that. miss judge a mirror, cars start moving. one jackass opened his door to spit. after saying that I still do it all the time... lol

 

Not as unsafe as stop-and-go in traffic, waiting to get rear-ended. of course in CA many (most) drivers know we split lanes so maybe it'd be more hazardous elsewhere, though very common ("filtering") in Europe.

 

specially on the freeway in light traffic.. 101/405/5 freeways sheesh! when i normally see biker.. i move over enough for them to zip by.,. i get a thank you half the time.

 

the bike rider is using 95% of his abilities to scan the next 6 cages ahead, do you really want a thank you.

 

no i didnt mean to say i thought it was legal... i just didnt think cops cared about it so much due to the fact that everyone does it... just like noone puts on there turn signal to turn and cops frankly dont give a shyt anymore.....

Yea the car start moving but i dont see where ther is a chance in a car hitting you when your in between them... imean its not like they are going to switch lanes when another car is clearly right beside them... hell i still do it cuz im scared to death to get rear ended again like i did in my car!!

 

But they still have enough time to wave to other bikers
