They should have made it a roadster and ditch the backseat!

I am glad they didn't make it a roadster. There are lots of options for sporty two seat convertibles.
There needs to be more options / competition for four seat sporty convertibles. I'm going to have to do some investigation as I didn't know (until now) that there was a 4 seat infiniti convertible. How "sporty" is the G37 anyway?

when u need to amputate your legs just so you can use the "backseat" the car is a failure

except those cars actually drive good, not like an everyday commuter car....and they still have better leg room/trunk space (aside from the 911 unless the SC's top is down) than the SC.

For the price, the SC isn't well equipped at all, it's not anything close to fast (let alone as fast as the cars mentioned) and judging from various reviews, it's not even nice to drive.

Yet a lot of people still seem to buy them, which doesn't make it a failure in Lexus' eyes, amirite?

people buy hummers too and never go off road. The same concept follows the SC, people buy it to say they drive a 2 door convertible "sports car" yet have never used its full performance (not like there's much of it).
