Default Good Miata article

Should be mandatory reading for all prospective roadster owners.

Brings back memory. I think it was on Automobile mag a few years back.

Yup -- I think it was more recent than that, actually. Jean Jennings is the editor-in-chief of Automobile magazine.

As a previous miata owner (same model), I have to agree with everything he has to say. It's a very simple cars (I had no ac, power nothing) but I loved it. And I let the engine rev out and drive wildly but I never was going that fast!

You are right. She wrote it for the 11/02 issue:

It's all relative. outside of the track.....there is fast.....and then there is stupid.

I consider 75-80 on a posted 40 to be fast. You'll have more appreciation for it if you see it from the curbside. there is only so fast you can drive on the street with accounting for variables outta your control. Any faster and your margin for error goes outta the window (well, kinda since the top will be down. )

twice the posted limit is more than fast enough no matter if you are in a vette or a Miata.
