i hope the guy's kidding about ocd...ocd wouldnt affect someone like that. "it makes me buy cars and not use them..." he's either just a showoff, or a car collector. he likes the attention of people saying "you have so much cool stuff, why dont you use it?!?!" do the world a favor, dont play into it.

My guess is the second and someday he'll be found out.

I know a few well off people and they don't go online bragging. In fact, they don't brag in real life.

Probably go with "hoarding" issues.

Looks for too much praise and want's to be accepted. His inquiries seem pretty sincere though....

 

I don't think it's OCD.

Just sounds like a guy who wants "perfect" cars and wants to keep them that way. His enjoyment comes out of ownership instead of driving. It also sounds like he has the income to support his "habit."
