About a year ago I had a customer that bough a black on black from me do a complete interior color change.. It took about 4 days for College Park's (Where I used to work) service department to do the change over... And I also know that they ran into some problems while doing it but unfortunatly I don't know the details..

Hope I helped yah out alittle

I bought red carpet and installed it in my black interior. It didn't take very long at all. Remove the 4 seat bolts, take off the door jams, Remove console cover,Remove plastic from behind the seat and the small plastic piece near the radio door.....The carpet is held in by plastic pull tabs. It makes the process easier if you put the top down to take the seats out. I would say its a 3 hour job.

I installed the red carpet, looked at it and took it out. It didn't really work out. The color looked too dark, I was wanting bright red, but the OEM red carpet looked maroon. I then bought a set of Muz one piece floormats, which covers up the worn carpet on the hump in the floor. Sorry no pics, the carpet never made it out of the garage in my car. Good luck!

I believe that Rick Hesel (from Rick's accessories) re-carpted his car with a nicer carpet than OEM. You might want to try and contact him.
