a friend of mine has a 93 supra tt 6spd. hes from supraforums.com. he keep on saying that his supra can run low to mid 12 with just a boost controller. which i think its impossible. beside that, he keep on saying its consider all stock even with a boost controller.
do you guys consider a car with a boost controller or a intake stock? thanks for the input

When is darwin's theory going to go into effect for you and your friend?

You need more than a boost controller for low 12's on a supra.
No it isnt stock. Stock means from factory and includes original from manufacturer options. Meaning if you buy a Honda, it needs to be a honda supercharger or V6 engine not some comptech supercharger or some other crapola. Having the dealership buy a outside, aftermarket product and installing it does not constitute it being stock.

When is your friend selling his supra BTW?

btw, im not selling the car. It's a great car with a lot of potentials.

109 MPH with a hard-to-launch car? If true, means low 13's to me.

I don't think that a car can be given a salvage title after being unregistered for 5 years. more likely that it was wrecked, and then titled as salvage, and sold to your friend via the BS he's now trying to sell it under. and yes, a supra needs more to hit 12's than just a boost controller and an intake.
