Can someone please help me ID this bike? I know it's an old Honda CB, but I'd like to know the exact year and model if possible.



The photo is an old picture of my parents on this bike. I'm just starting to get into bikes and I'd love to be able to find this old bike for them.

Any info/help would be awesome!
