Default help: torque specific needed

Hi all:
I need torque specific needed to bolt the alternator to the magneto cover?
any help appreciated

Not sure of the torque specs for your bike, but you should probably put some red loctite on those bolts. Its a real pain when those bolts come loose.

From what I can find, it's 6.5-8.5 lb/ft of torque for the cover bolts. I could be wrong so I take no responsibility for any damage that may be caused by using these settings.

Call your dealer, they will probably tell you.

Dunno the answer to that one, some Lock-Tite couldn't hurt.
