Japan and South Korean are now at tops for reliability and quality.

Americans is below industry average while Europe is dead last.

Many places are now doing work in China so it will be interesting to see how they will do.

Exactly bomberman! I mean when people think europe they think BMW, jag, Mercedes etc high quality never broken but they are dead last!!

I was going to do a paper on Hyundai actually on consumers images why they think hyundai is low quality even though it is not anymore and is actually ranked high. There warranty coverage is awesome and the price is usually the lowest out of all auto makes.

 

For years a lot of power tools have been made in China. The best sockets and ratcheting wrenches are made in Taiwan.

I just bought a Craftsman top of the line cordless drill today and it's made in China. It appears to be very well made and has Sears' lifetime guarantee.
