...not explicitly reveal the history of the vehicle when you sell it to another buyer?? what i'm asking is: are you required to reveal any and all accidents that the car has been in to a potential buyer even if the "buyer" does not explicitly ask for the info?? i'm not trying to sell a car myself, but i am in the market for a second used car and am kinda weary about the potential "junks" out there. i know there is carfax, but carfax does not always reveal accidents in their reports... i know this because my last car was in an accident, but when i did a carfax check on it, it did not reveal any incident of accident in its history...

sometimes dealers can run a vin and find all the parts that the owner bought for that car.
