Acut the insurance isn't a problem with this car at least with Geico. They don't classify it as a sports car due to it being a 4 banger. I bought mine this past Oct at 23. Have 3 cars on my insurance and I'm only paying $2600 a year. The S is costing me about $1300 to $1400 a year. Also I have a clean license but the insurance was doubled when I was looking at a 300c due to the V8.

To determine the market price in the western United States, it probably is not accurate to take a sale price in Toronto in Canadian dollars and pass it through a currency conversion to find the price in US dollars.
The currency conversion is going screw things up. In addition, the market in California is totally different from other parts of North America that receive snow.
