I dont understand any of that. Why clutter up a forum topic with garbage. Im looking for answers and S2ki was one of my best forums to ask on and get a straight answer. Guess thats not the case anymore. Once again, I am on my own with this. Thanks to those who gave me legit answers to my question. I hope others take notes.

people are trying to help the best they can, theres only a handful of poeple in the U.S. that has successfully accomplished what your trying to do. asking on s2ki, while being a more mature forum, isnt going to help you since the majority of the members are older, and not interested in importing such cars.


my advice to you is forget it, your gonna drop over 20,000 on a cheap jdm car, and its gonna sit in port anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, thats if theres no issues with it. so right around the time you give up giving a shit about your jdm car you spent all this money on, itll show up at your door

Thats a good answer and I respect that... Granted I am disappointed in finding out how difficult it is but I did have fun learning and now I have something to look forward to in 5-10 years when the car I want is over 25 years old. Im not giving up, just putting off for a lil while.
