Go for the G35. But TL-S is also a great car.

It's more a question of do you want to drive a Nissan or a Honda.

A friend at work has one. Plenty power, great comfort. Most times we go to lunch, we take his car.

Its a great entry level luxury sports sedan. Its good great power, handles ok and is very comfy. If your desire is to lean more towards the luxury side of the equation than the sport side, then this is a good bet. The car comes extremely well equipped, has decent resale value and gets good mileage. Not a bad choice if this is what you're looking for.

We seriously considered buying one for my wife and the only thing that I didn't like about the car was FWD. However, for a FWD car it drives well. But I'm a bit of a nut in that dept. and really wanted a RWD sedan.

BTW, I'm sure the TSX is going to be a fine automobile but its slated to fit between the RSX and the TL. So don't expect as much luxury or room from the TSX.
