It's a Jersey used car dealer plate, good luck selling it with the wing. It looks set up for lift and not downforce too. They should be embarrassed but aren't smart enough to understand why.

lol this was posted on the bmw forums a while back; didn't a company make this exact same spoiler but market it towards our car?...there is a post of an s2000 with this wing...

 

 

Come on guys, this has got to be a joke, probably stuck on there with double sided tape (look how it sits across the shut line of the trunk).

The owner has taste (white E90 M3 FTW) and apparently a sense of humor too.

 

He probably didn't want to park too close to the black BMW that parked on the line. Typical Bimmer owner move - not able park correctly while chatting on the Bluetooth and popping the collar.
