^ OK, I respect the passenger's quick reflexes.

I'll give the driver the same consideration he gave to anyone who might have been in his way.

Huh. I have a hard time believing the "passenger jumped from the car mid-air" bit. Most likely was thrown from the car, is my theory. Oh well. RIP to the driver. Hopefully the passenger survives. (The driver's still a dumbass for not respecting the car, the road, and the people around him.)

It was his time to go, and not the passengers time; I agree I kinda think the passenger was ejected from the vehicle?
