Thumbs up Lexus LF-Sh

I think Lexus is getting a bit carried away. The regular LS Hybrid comes with a V8 and one electric motor and costs $104,000. Will they dare to make a one-step above of that car: LF-Sh? It'll come with a V8 and two electric motors and probably cost $130,000. Don't you think that's a little carried away?

Their other concepts look very promising as well.

Not bad-looking:

I don't think it's getting carried away at all. I applaud Lexus for pushing the envelope. I have been a diehard Acura fan ever since the original NSX -- but I sometimes wish Acura would follow Lexuses lead and be a bit more daring and willing to push the envelope a bit.

In my opinion there is no reason why Lexus can't charge $100K plus for a vehicle, as long as the technology, accommodations, and performance warrant it. To put it another way, there is no reason why the European makes should have a monopoly on that playing field as long as there are other automakers ready to bring their "A" game, IMHO.

The base model is 70-80k. His assumptions are safe.

No you got it wrong. The LF-Sh is just the concept for the current LS that's already out. The LF-Sh concept been out for years now.

Kidding? Seems to fit your typical Lexus posts around here.

I respect Lexus. I just refuse to blurr the line in regards to what they stand for as a whole. Performance, and driving dynamics arent number 1 or 2 on their list. Thats all.
