Nah, doubt it.

The bulbous front end of the IS-F still hasn't grown on me, 4 years later. And this car has it even worse.

Lexus should have kept it in sedan form. Deal breaker for me right there no matter how much I like or hate the looks.

Coupe wise too many "nicer" cars out there for the money.

I have seen the new cars in person and they are quite striking. The front end is aggressive, yes, but it flows and fits nicely with the rest of the car. Overall it's a very handsome package. If you want to blend in with the crowd you could always get a BMW or Benz I guess.

Nothing about an AMG C63 "blends in".

To most people, it looks like any other C-Class. The sound is obviously way better/louder/more aggressive (especially with the throttle cracked wide open) but, just looking at it or while it's idling along, there's nothing to make it really look special. I've seen C350 Sports that looked nearly identical...

Fugly! I still don't get the Japanese design aesthetic. And a tarted up Toyota is still a Toyota. Lexus has never really impressed me with anything other than quality.

It's not based on anything, but that's irrelevant. Automotive brand snobbery doesn't need reason or logic to exist.
