That's nonsense!!! 500-600hp will always be enough, even in 2011.
I think it's plenty. It's NOT always the highest hp numbers that makes a car a winner. The LFA races in Germany on MAY 21. We will see.

You mean it will be like the GTR? Where did you hear that?
I didn't hear it from anyone/anywhere - its speculation based on Toyota's LF-A concept cars, their current offerings (IS-F, the fact you can get an IS250 with a 6spd M but not an IS350 or IS-F), the competition (GTR), and the latest trends in the performance scene - everyone wants an F1 style gearbox - (Ferrari's F1 gearbox, BMW SMG, Lamborghini E-Gear, etc.) - its pretty obvious.

IIRC, an earlier prototype of the LF-A competed at the last N'Ring 24. It didn't do very well.

I hear ya. That sucks. Good thing I can't afford a single one of those semiautomatic sports cars anyway.

Yeah for Toyota! Looks like fairly large vents and louvers for a front engine set up, but I am sure those vents are functional.

I hope this car comes out and does well if it does I think we have a better chance of seeing the NSX return in the near future!
