I find without the spoiler and skirts it looks like a corolla or something though, bland. Kitted up it looks nice.
So true!

I think the 6 is a good looking car and seems to be a pretty good bang for your buck car but I would also rather buy a competitive Acura/Honda product like the TSX.

I agree with Steve on this one. This car has the "luxury" feeling of a 8 year old accord. The current camry/accord/TSX are all FAR better vehicles compared to the 6. Maybe I just had a bad test drive in the 6, but I came away liking it less than even a ford taurus.

Agreed, I had a rental a few times when i was in Columbus OH...complete POS. I had the 4cyl. Fit and finish of the interior was just awful. Id rather get an Accord V6.

I think the car is a pretty good looking vehicle for the price range. 220hp isn't exactly shabby... and i'm sure there is potential for the V6. No one has really touched on the new mazda speed 6 coming out...... correct me if i'm wrong but its AWD, 2.4l Turbo, 270hp....... How can you not like that.

I think the 6 is a much better car that people give it credit for. I have had the 4 banger as a rental, and the V-6 as a rental. I thought both were excellent cars. (the 4 banger was kinda slow though) WAY better than the usual camrys i rent. Distinctive styling v. the crappy styling of both the accord and the camry.. and the interior was nicer than both the accord and the camry..(those two really suck) If i were in the market for a 4 door, i would definitely consider it.. Can't wait to see how the MS6 does..

i think they are good looking cars, even for the wagon i haven't driven one though

'05 V6 comes with 6 sp auto

but i rather it has 6 sp manual + LSD instead

and the one-piece console is not quite aftermarket stereo friendly

The styling is too trendy and busy like all Mazdas right now... give the 6, 3, and RX-8 a few years and they'll look very dated.

Just too much going on.
