The stock spring rates for the 2010 should be lower than the 2009, but the shocks are supposedly re-valved/tuned for a more sure ride. I think springs on a 2010 might actually not be that bad. For the 2009, getting just springs would last about 9 months as stock they're pretty stiff. The shocks really are the weak point of the car in 2009.
Well, here are the rims/wheels. As you can see it needs to get low with a quickness. That and a tint would make me totally happy. Thanks for all the info guys.

I run the RX-8s on my speed3 and they don't have that much space, are you running 17s? Tire size?
Oh, and the base package sound systen is amazing. I kinda wonder what the Tech Package Bose system sounds like. Cause this one is really good!
I have the Bose system in my '09 MS3 (GT, non-nav). It's... ok. The bass gets muddy when pushed, and evidently it's hard to mod as it's running at 2 ohms, not 4 like most other systems. I have heard an amp upgrade helps lots.
I'm going to get the rear motor mount, cai. I'm tempted to get coilovers to help with the ride, which seems harsh at lower speeds and a bit floaty at higher. But then again, I'm comparing it to the s2k, so it's really not fair I suppose.
