I was wondering if anyone has had problems with their 02 S2K rear end? I was wondering if the rear end is any stronger than previous models. I would greatly appreciate any info or knowledge some of you may have.

I don't think they beefed the rear end up, but rather weakened the pressure plate. From what I've heard, the pressure plate was updated for the MY02+ for a less stronger one. This way, with the less clamping force, it would send less of a shock to the drivetrain which in turn would create less damage.

 

That makes sense. Anyone out there with an 02 had problems with their rear end yet???
