hey,
on my parents 95' Honda Passport, there is a broken piece behind the rear passenger door, i am looking for a replacement part of the piece and do not know what it is called, therefore, i cannot find what i am looking for...
in the pic, it is that black plastic piece going around the read wheel well, the car shown is not ours, it is someone elses car that i got off of cardomain.com for reference, that piece on our car was broken by a barrier wall in the winter of 02 when we were cut off by some stupid high schoolers in the parking lot of my old high school, we quickly went right while on a right turn to get out of the parking lot, as they were cutting us off, and we got deep scratches on the door and that plastic piece broke into a couple pieces, now we have that piece and there is a hole in it, i reattached some of it to the car with some new screws, but i am looking for a new part instead the pieces that are left on it. Again, the piece is the black plastic behind the rear passenger door and it is connected to the rear wheel well:

please help me out and tell me the name of this exterior part so i can make the car look a little better by getting a new one,

I think that it's called a fender flare. Of course they may have a more technical name for it. You might want to try a junk yard. It should be less expensive and will likely look weathered to the same extent as the others.

 

thanks, i will continue to look around, all the other ones are in good condition, so a junk yard one would look noticeable, IMO, but i will continue to look, do you think i could get one from a dealership or something?

 

You can get one from a dealership if you don't want to go the junk yard route. Honda should be able to get them and you might also try Isuzu since they actually made it. If you didn't know, the Isuzu Rodeo and the Honda Passport are the same vehicle with the exception of some cosmetics.

 

yeah i knew they were the same, do you have any idea of how much it will cost?
