I just got my s2k last week, no pics yet, but I have pics of my 01' GSXR1000. By early next week, I will have a custom L E D bar for the tail lights with a clear lense and polished frame and swing arm. The bike dnyo'd at 149.1 hp but should be at 153-155 now with some added mods.

That is a SWEET looking Gixxer! Just my $.02, but polished frames and swingarms spell P-O-S-E-R, require more work to keep clean, and kills the resale value. I'd leave it as is, or if you have to change it, powdercoat the frame and swingarm black instead.

They'll always be someone reving their engine, even some fellas on bikes will rev at cars. Just gotta ignore it....
My GSXR is meant for the road, but I take it to track days, polished frames and swing arms just means you are customizing your bike, I don't think it kills the value of the bike, if anything, I think it will attract more customers when they see it. But yes, it is higher maintenance. I am getting the bike back today, I will post some new pics, the new pics will have Yoshimura rear sets and polished frame and swingarm and the new tail
