Default New WRX

Been anxiously awaiting for Subaru to release any information on my next car (the STi version). Supposed to be released at NYIAS. Rumors indicate a 2015 model going on sale some time next year.

Can't wait!

Hopefully they don't add weight or size to the already boat size GR.

From that link it doesn't sounds like they're releasing new information on an updated WRX.

Supposed to debut at NYIAS. That is just a generic link. All the debut cars look the same, same silhouette under the cover. We'll see at the end of the month.

From what I have read a few months back, it will actually drop some weight.

i love how the EVo and STI's have basically the same performance as they did back in 2003 when they were introduced in america.

Low 13's qtr mile and seat 5 and all wheel drive..... yay.... ......

Hopefully they finally drop their crap 2.5l engine and give us jdm spec stuff... The link says otherwise, and it is subaru, so probably time to be disappoint.

The current Impreza is several hundred pounds less than its predecessor. I would assume the WRX to follow suit.

However it looks very likely that the WRX's engine will go down from 2.5 liters to 2.0 liters. Rumors abound that it will only have 250 hp as well.
