thats why they make drag radials. that car was totally uncorked, and i think that the digi-cam just failed to capature the sound. an uncorked V8 is one of the best sounds made by machines.

i would be in jail within min of getting the keys.

Not impressed. He kept bringing the car into the powerband before nailing it. Thats like taking my S2K to 6k and nailing the throttle while in Vtec.

 

920HP, and your not impressed. ok. do you realize that that car would destory most cars rolling at 30mph in 6th gear right? power is power. and the power band on most v8's is from 2k-5 or 6k. looks to be dead in the middle of the powerband to me.

Eh, I beg to differ. I'm just not into overtly loud, brash, obnoxious exhaust noise. It can be noticeable and somewhat loud, but I like it refined with the rough edges taken off. This guy's car is loud for loud's sake, and that's just bad form IMO.

nice, I pulled up next to a black Lingenfelter C6 last week and I got walked.... I was in this... ( not mine ) He was a nice guy, we chatted at the light for a second, his car sounded great
