Looks like moving up a step in performance on the roadster food chain puts a beating on the wallet. I don't remember a comparably equipped C5 convertible being nearly this high? I'm sure it's still a performance bargain, but jeeez....

 

Just wait a few months and you'll be able to get big discounts on them just like with the C5's.

That sounds about $8K higher than similarly prepped C5 convertibles. Definite ouch! Is that just inflation or do they think it is worth that much more?
