As fast as the traffic conditions allow. I've been anywhere from under the speed limit to about 110mph over the speed limit on a certain highway late at night.

C'mon people, don't ruin the poll by counting exceptions, such as racing, speeding late at night, crawling in traffic jams, etc.!
Typically, like going to work or dinner or such, it's 0 to 5 over on city streets, 5 to 10 on the highways. Although there is a stretch of toll road here that's posted 55mph and the vast majority of cars take it at 75 to 80 at lunchtime.

Cities I stay fairly close, highways I do 15+ usually. On long drives I hold it to 20 over.. or at least less than 25 over. If I'm gonna get a ticket, don't want it to be a 20+ over, 19 or less is fewer points.
Then again, this is west coast (especially CA). Average commute speed on I-280 is like 85-90mph at rush hour!
