What type of Logistics are you in in the AF (I'm also in logistics and wondering if we know one another)? I would sell the S in a heartbeat, it is adefinitely a fun car but you can't beat owning a dream car! Just the fact that you're considering getting rid of your car should tell you that the decision has been made!

I would trade my car for a mint condition R32 GTR, that RB26 motor is just amazing.

2jz/lsx project S2000...

The R32 will feel like a heavy STi which already feels like a f@#king boat compared to the S.

dont let nostalgia ruin your judgement...

Both the RB's and 2JZ's can be bullet proof, same can be said for any engine that is built correctly. The RB's in the states are becoming more prevelant with the drifting crowd. The 2JZ is a nice engine as well but not as common.

What I would do is get the GTR, save up and swap in the RB30 with the RB26 head.

Also if you get the GTR and bring it over you can always sell it if you no longer want it (usually for more than you paid). Then use that money and get another S2k with extra goodies.

I've been in the R32,33,34 GTR's and I would say get it. (I just got to ride in a 1972 skyline 2000GTX)

Lucky guy; I joined the Army as an Infantryman, and the first place I got sent to was Afghanistan. But back to the topic at hand; I would definitely get the GT-R.

If I were in England I would try to find a Mistu FTO since they are super rare in the USA. I do know a guy at Lakenheath that has a R33 with 700hp, so can't go wrong that way either.
