Mini called out Porsche, Porsche accepted, and yes, they are stock.

 

Great marketing. Manufacturers/people always try to peg certain cars as a poor man's porsche, but it's hard to get people to put their car and porsche in the same sentence. I mean everyone knew the porsche would beat the mini, but the average public thinks it'll be a complete stomping, but when they here oh just over a second (which is a sizeable difference btw), they think wow, just over a second slower?

 

I thought Porsche did NOT accept. And MINI just found a driver to take the 911 around the course. But I'm not positive.
