S2000 or EVO VII
Well, I have been in love with the S2000 since it came out...and last year, I became the lucky owner of an NFR AP1 with only 12,000 Miles to it. The car is pristine, and in great condition.
I use the car on a semi-daily basis, and also as a track car, maybe once a month. Modified it lightly, with coil-overs, Work rims, and 4.56 gear.
I'm getting a bit tired of the car...I guess, it gets a bit frustrating because it is very difficult to drive on the track...I am always on the edge and I don't enjoy it as much now...I got an E36 M3 Euro version, and I absolutely loved the car...it did not have the razor sharpness of the S2000 but it was great on daily driving and spirited highway driving because of the torque...it feels a lot faster!
Now, I am thinking of selling the S2000 and getting an Evo 7...since I already have a powerful N/A car in the E36 M3...I wanted to get something crazy like the EVO with tons of torque and AWD driver so it is easy to drive on track, and less tiring on a daily basis because of the added torque. Wanted to get people's opinion...especially from people who have done this type of change.
Have a waiting buyer for the S2000, and also an EVO 7 that fits my desires...I also get to keep $2,000 after everything is said and done....
I like it because it is also very practical...easy to install rollbar and necessary safety equipment...not so hard to get in and out of, and better visibility...and I am not that old too, I am only 27....but I sometimes get tired of the somewhat inconvenience of using the S2000....what is happening with me?!

Oh yeah, and I am asking this because I seriously hope tha tI won't get seller's remorse like i did with my civic...
and I guess the reason why I had seller's remorse was because the civic just felt faster because of having more torque because of the VTC of the K20A engine on the street...and it was faster on track just because I can be more agressive with the driving of the car...had to contend with understeer, but can be easily corrected by tire pressure and suspension setup!
The S2000 just feels like it takes forever to get to VTEC range!

Learn how to drive the S2000 better. You'll be thanking yourself when you get more comfortable driving it like a madman on the track.
Check your tire pressures when you go to the track, some of the time, you could be running too much air.

Why an evo 7 and not an 8 or 9? Just curious. I think you will find it harder to find info about the 7 then the 8 or 9.
TheEVO 8 and 9 here are USDM version, and does not have the ACD anymore.
I was just told that is handles better with it...so there...
Personally, 7 would be cheaper also, but 8 is an option.
