Default Skyline or s2k ?

Well its a big decision, I have the 2002 s2k and has been custom painted monte carlo blue with the original c-west body kit which has been molded to the car and have the oppertunity to change for the 2001 R 34 skyline gtr. what do you think I should do??????????????

You're kidding right? I would get rid of mine in a heart beat for a 01 Skyline. If you don't get it let me know I will .

damn...i love the s2k, but a skyline is great. i wouldn;t buy an r34 though. their great cars, but i rather have a 98 r33 gtr v-spec much more appealing to the eye imo. post pics if you get it.

Be very, very careful of the Skyline. If you are considering it see if you can get its history. When it was auctoned in Japan it will have been given a rating out of 5 for its overall condition and accident history. Nothing used ever gets more than 4.5 (Even if it only has 2 miles on it)

These Japanese aucton ratings are very precise and the documentation is quite detailed.

R31,32,33, & 34 Skylines of all specs have been sold in Australia for years and there have been some very shonky things going on. At worse you could be buying a car that was cut in half and put back together once it got into the country or wrapped around a power pole and bogged!!!

Good R34 GTR Vspecs go for over 3million yen in Japan because of their popularity overseas.

with the money for a rip-off grey imported skylines in the u.s.,
i'd get a '02 or so 911 turbo,
have fun until 2007,
then trade it in for the new u.s. spec gtr.
(or any one of those cool cars coming out in '06-' 07, per japan's riddance of
the "gentlemen's agreement.")

skyline's a cool car,
but that kinda money for a shady second-hand import?
gimme a break.

The retail value alone for the 34 in America would be worth it. About 75,000 or more for good condition
