For the record, I knew what he meant, but it sounded totally awkward and unreasonable.
Not to belabor this, but anyone ready to spend "a billion dollars" on a paint job, and not have money to take halfway decent pictures of it when it's done, LET ALONE choosing a halfway interesting car to do it on, is one of the world's more reknowned idiots.
My only thiking on the "billion dollar" claim is that that's all gold leaf on the car, and so that in his mind makes it worth more money or something. Anyone willing to pay $300k for this is at least as thick as the seller.
