I am skeptical of this product . . . could it possibly do all it says it will do? Is it more or more ? Thanks for the input.

It's been talked about many times on the board and most people say that it's not going to work as they describe.

I actually tried one during a dyno day. The dyno operator wanted to see if it worked, so he put one in the intake tubing during one of my pulls and we got -4 Hp. I think that is a good enough reason not to buy one.

You didn't use it correctly. The hot setup is to attach the Spiralmax to the front of the car. Preferably on a rod extending approximately 6.75 inches in front of the bumper. From that position it creates a primary vortex that positively influences boundry layer behavior. This increase in boundry layer adhesion lowers the overall drag coefficient sufficiently to increase top speed by approximately 10%. Works best on red cars.

from website "0-35 increase in hp" "0-31.85% increase in fuel economy" "actual results may vary" so....it does nothing..and my results may show it makes performance worse....hmmmm.....also...im wondering where they got 31.85%....how do you measure .3185 when talking about fuel economy....and 0 - 31.85...makes even less sense..such a wide range...but only to 31.85....oh well...

and the picutres of installation...now those cracked me up...

p.s. yellow cars are faster
