Default STi Seats

Does anyone know who manufactures the Subaru STi performance seats. I sat in one the other night and they felt damn good and they don't look too bad either.

Don't know the manufacture but you probably won't get your email answered by them. If you want I am sure you can walk to any dealer and order them or look for a good STI Forum maybe some owner "upgrading" will sell the stockers.

I figured they were in-house. Thanks for your responses.

Many owners have been disappointed by those seat, they are unique for North America and apparently not as sculpted as the JDM version. They do have a side airbag if that makes you feel any safer.

The seats aren't that good. I sat in an STI last week and they don't hold you nearly as well as the S2000 seats. This is because Subaru believes Americans are all fat and gives us a wider seat.

If you are upgrading, I'd highly recommend the JDM seats.

JDM STi seats fit much better. Unless you're an oaf, of course.
