what are those 2 pipes for that are placed directly after the turbo??

I've seen turbo drag cars and others with thaat two pipe set up, are they for expelled turbo pressure or what??

Why wouldnt they just get a RS6 and mod it--wouldnt it be easier to mod?

One pipe is the turbo's downpipe (usually the bigger one)
The other pipe is the wastegate's dump tube.
