It's fake, but pretty easy to do, as Top Gear has shown. If v^2/r > g, you should have no problem.

^Agreed. its actually kind of funny they show a guy doing so much calculations about it. The hardest part would be to get the radial component of acceleration and time the car so it completes a perfect helical path to get off the tunnel on the other side..

i saw the discussions of whether it was fake or not, but could not tell that there was a conclusion or proof that this one is fake. even it fake, its still pretty cool!!

Yeah. One equation's all you need. Your lateral speed squared divided the radius of the tunnel must be larger than 9.81 m/s^2 in order to maintain contact with the tunnel as you do the loop.
