Supra Enthusiasts?
I too drooled over a mk4 supra in the mid to late 90's while I was in High school. Still love them. It was one of the cars I looked into when in the market for a car 4 years ago. Along with an Twin turbo RX7 and Saturn Sky redline. I chose the S2k...Still drool when I see a Mk4 supra and/or Rx7 stock or mildly modded. Hate the big blingy bodykits.
Supras are the reigning highway king, but they are slowly losing out to newer cars such as the gtr and tt gallardos. it still amazes me how good a car from 1993 looks today. Amazing engineering from toyota. What other car do you know where the stock block can handle around 800whp and the stock trans can hold up to 1200hp??
Also whats amazing is that in 93 the tt supra had the fastest braking times set for a production car and it wasn't until recently the carrera GT was able to stop on a dime faster.
Its definitely a great straight line car, but when it comes to the twisties, mine was not able to keep up. I remember going to a s2k meet last summer and lets just say i feel sorry for everyone behind me who did not get to enjoy the drive haha ;
Heres a quick pic of mine

Such a great car and I still stop and stare when I see one. It is incredible how they have held their value also. This will be one of those cars that will be a collector car in the future. Wish i could find a clean one for a reasonable price to tuck away.
The MKIV Supra is the best looking car ever made. (that wasnt built in Italy)
As a former MKIII owner, I can say it is a special feeling to own a Supra, let alone owning a MKIV.
I still get a boner if I see one on the road here in Ohio. NA or not.

I've always loved the MKIV Supras. It's a car with a timeless design, not unlike the Jaguar E-types. The car never fails to turn heads wherever it is. Hell, I was in Dubai and saw one parked next to a Lamborghini Gallardo, and there were just as many people taking pictures of the Supra as were the Gallardo.

I think the Supra is a nice car but it never really "did it" for me. They need body modifications (albeit subtle) to look any good--they're just far too plain in stock form if you ask me. Look at most any 'nice' looking Supra and you'll see that it has an aftermarket bumper/side skirts but nothing over the top.
There is something to be said about being able to make 400+whp with just boost and fuel control on otherwise stock engine/turbos however.
