GM has been upping its interior quality here and there for a while now. Cadillac, the Malibu, the trucks, now Buick, hopefully the new Corvette...

The one thin g I don't like about that Caddy interior is it looks like the shifter is the same flick style as the BMWs, and it is annoying to use imo, but maybe that's just because its different.

And the Hyundai Genesis interiors are nice, fwiw. The Coupe has a lot of hard plastic on the main dash that I don't like, but the sedan has a nice interior, especially for the money.
The gearshift is very easy to use, not a 'flick shift' like in the BMW.

The new CTS dash works very very well, there so many nice touches in there that you can't tell in a picture, from the way the cupholder lid moves (like buttah), the soft LED glow under the wood trim at night, the feel of the buttons on the dash etc.

Lol clawhammer didn't know Hyundai invented that sort of design for interiors, I mean no other rwd car has that kind of layout. Sorry, just had to jump in that wagn.
Nice interior though but man, I hate non 3 spoke steering wheels, but it does suit the overall nature of the interior better than a three spoke one wouldve.

it would be nice if they gave it an L76 like in the G8 and not call it a V and charge a million dollars

Very good looking car, much more worthy of the Cadillac badge than the current pos that it will replace.

Nice job GM

That leather in the Hyundai looks so cheap.

^It feels cheap, too. It's better than the C6's (or any GM) leather though, but that doesn't say much. Would be nice to see Cadillac change that.

The optional leather on my Chevy Traverse seats are amazingly nice. Not at all GM-like. Buttery soft.

I've long said GM is clearly working to shed their low quality interior reputation. Cars like the CTS should basically show that GM does know how to do great interiors. I think this one looks great as well. However this looks like a near production concept. The question is how much will it lose between this concept and true production?
